We have dedicated this page on our website to answer your questions about the estimated bill.
We recognize that some customers may have questions about their June bill. ADDC has implemented a 'Bill Estimation Program' since March 2020 in line with our commitment to limit the spread of COVID -19 by reducing physical meter reading activity. This program in its final stage and some customers may have experienced adjusted bills to reflect the actual consumption of previous months in addition to the consumption of the latest month. Higher consumption is also typical as we enter the summer months and we encourage the public to apply sustainable and efficient consumption practices to lower their bills.
