An online account lets you do things your way
We understand that running a business means you’re busy most of the time, so we’ve created an online service that allows you to manage your ADDC accounts whenever you want, wherever you are.
Here are some of the things an online account lets you do:
- Pay your bills quickly and securely.
- Set up Autopay to schedule regular bill payments.
- Check how much water and electricity you’ve used.
- Compare your usage with previous months.
- Arrange to start or stop our services when moving the business to a new property.
Once your new commercial property is registered with Tawtheeq, your ADDC account will be set up for you and your supply of water and electricity will already be connected. All that’s left for you to do is activate the online account for your business so you can manage everything from the office, from home or even when you’re travelling.
What is Tawtheeq?
If your business has recently purchased the property, or it’s located outside of the area covered by Tawtheeq, you’ll need to make an application to begin receiving our water and electricity services. Click the link below for information about the moving in process.

Your online account can be activated in a few minutes and it will save your business a great deal of time in the long run. You’ll just need to create an easy-to-remember password and give us a few personal details for the main user, and we’ll do everything else for you.
