An online account lets you do things your way

We understand that life gets busy, so we’ve created an online service that allows you to manage your ADDC accounts whenever you want, wherever you are.

Here are some of the things an online account lets you do:

  • Pay your own bills and other people’s, quickly and securely.
  • Set up Autopay to schedule regular bill payments.
  • Check how much water and electricity you’ve used.
  • Compare your usage with previous months.
  • Arrange to start or stop our services when you’re moving in or out of a property.

Once your new property is registered with Tawtheeq, your ADDC account will be set up for you and your supply of water and electricity will already be connected. All that’s left for you to do is activate your online account to manage everything from the comfort of your home or office.


If you’re the new owner of your property, or you live outside of the area covered by Tawtheeq, you’ll need to make an application to begin receiving our water and electricity services. Click the link below for information about the moving in process.
