Application for Water Connection Removal

A service to demolish the water connection from the main network up to the meter box after removal of the meters, demolishing the property and receiving the clearance certificate according to the applicable agreements and procedures of the company. The beneficiary categories of this service are residential, Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural and Governmental.

1. Letter from the owner requesting removal of meter.
2. Copy of the ID.
3. Copy of land title deed.

1. Submit application along with the required documents.
2. Study and review application by the competent staff.
3. Send application to Abu Dhabi Municipality - Town Planning Dept. to approve removal.
4. Site visit (to close valve and remove the line from the network).
5. Issue clearance to the customer and close application.
