A service to study the required electrical loads, submitted electrical design and location of the main electricity room or substation, and to ensure the provision of a network fulfilling the project requirements to oblige the customer to abide by ADDC's rules and regulations before commencing any construction work in the site. The beneficiary categories of this service are: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural and Governmental.

3. Reply to application with approval or rejection.
4. Close the application.
