1. Submit application and attached the required documents.
2. Study and review the application by the competent staff.
3. Establish a field activity for the meters technician to inspect the site.
4. Notify the client with approval or rejection of the site readiness.
5. Verification and install meters.
6. The service activation message shall be sent via the website.
7. Close the application.
