Steps To Obtain The Service
  1. Submit complaint via all available channels.
  2. Open complaint in billing system.
  3. Analyze and solve complaint and feedback customer.
  4. Close application.
Required Fees
  1. Complaints Request (no fees)
  2. Payment Complaints (No fees)
  3. Abnormal Bill Complaint (AED 50 fee is added if the meter is checked and shows that it is working in good condition )
  4. No Bill Complaint (no fees)
  5. Reconnection Complaint (no fees)
  6. Complaint of Connection (no fees)
  7. Poor Water Quality Complaint (no fees )
