Required Documents Main Office - Payee Unit:
  1. Submit application to governmental authorities and departments and property owners.
Other Customer Service Centers:
  1. Original Emirates ID.
  2. Copy of valid lease contract/investment contract in case of lease not from the owner.
  3. Copy of the former tenant's clearance.
Contact Center:
  1. Confirm the customer's data through identification questions after receiving the application via electronic authentication.
Steps To Obtain The Service
  1. Submit the application with the required data.
  2. Open the application in the system and issue an insurance invoice.
  3. Create a field work order to activate the service.
  4. Send a text message or contact the client to inform him of application completion.
