Through this service, the defaulter customer can request the amounts to be converted to instalment or postponement of payment for the defaulted amounts

  1. Credit report issued by Etihad Credit Bureau.
  2. Certificate from the bank stating the (IBAN) number.
  3. Authorization to participate in direct debit with Abu Dhabi Distribution Company.
  4. An undertaking from the customer to keep the instalment amount in his bank account at due date
Service Terms and Conditions
  1. Commitment to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
  2. Pre-register in Direct Debt Service.
  3. Power of Attorney & Emirates ID (in behalf of customer)

  1. Submit the application and the required documents through available channels.
  2. Receive the application reference number through pre-selected channels.
  3. Receive approve or reject for the postponement or payment by instalments.
