A service categorize the customer (residential category) having critical medical cases in the billing support system based on reports of Health Committee of Health Authority, whether the customer is the owner of the property or residing therewith. This account will benefit from the service of electricity and water non-cut-off for its property according to the applicable agreements and procedures of the company.

Required Documents
  1. A medical report in Arabic Language issued by a local governmental or private hospital or from abroad duly approved by a HAAD medical committee indicating how essential the service for the customer is.
  2. Copy of patient's ID (in case of cohabitants).
  3. Evidence that the customer (account owner) is the patient or that he is one of the cohabitants.
  4. Valid account owner's ID.
  5. Undertaking of timely full payment of all due amounts.
  6. Undertaking to have a new medical report every 12 months from the previous report date.
  7. Valid Property title deed or authenticated lease contract.
Steps To Obtain The Service
  1. Submit the application.
  2. Review and approve the application.
  3. Insert the account into critical medical conditions.
  4. Operation Dept. notice.
  5. Close the application.
