  1. Personal presence of the original applicant with original ID or any person acting on his behalf.
Customer Contact Center:
  1. Valid information submitted to contact center or via email with ID copy.
Steps To Obtain The Service
  1. Submit the application with required data.
  2. Open the application in the system
  3. Review and approve application.
  4. Send message to the customer (if he prefers) and close application.
