Steps To Obtain The Service
  1. Submit the application with the required data.
  2. Open the application in the system.
  3. Create a fieldwork order to bring meter reading.
  4. Issue final invoice.
  5. Pay all due amounts.
  6. Issue account-closing certificate.
  7. Send a text message or contact the client to inform him of application completion.
