Application for Balance Refund or Transfer

A service to close the account and recover the credit balance of the customer upon evacuation of the property and issuance of closing account certificate of all amounts due thereon according to applicable agreements and procedures of the company. The beneficiary categories of this service are: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural a Governmental.

1. Submit application along with the required documents.
2. Open application in the system.
3. Review and approve application by line manager and transfer it to Finance Dept.
4. Pay amount after fulfillment of required conditions.
5. Send message or call the customer to inform him of application completion.
