This service allows an ADDC customer to register for Direct debit with Bill Smoothing functionality. Bill Smoothing or Non-Billed Budgets (NBB) facility allows the ADDC customers with high or varied consumption patterns to pay a fixed amount every month, which is calculated by the system based on the average of last 1 year's consumptions. The customer to pay a fixed amount every month during the period for which bill smoothing is requested. The final settlement of any under or over amounts for the customer is calculated either at the end of the expiration of bill smoothing period or in case the agreement is broken. The service is ONLY available for customers who are registered with Direct Debit facility. The service is available for all customer classes (Residential, Agriculture, Industrial, Commercial, and Government).
