We constantly strive for excellence in the services we provide, and the team at ADDC has achieved a number of awards that mark our progress.
ADWEA Award for Excellence in Performance 2015
At the 2015 ADWEA awards, ADDC made a big impact by winning 6 gold and 2 silver honours, with the company placing first overall. The awards, open to ADWEA group companies, aim to encourage better performance and to help employees understand the importance of striving for excellence, quality and transparency in their work.
ADDC’s 2 silver awards went to Ali Al Marzouqi in the Specialty Field, and Eng. Rashid Al Kathiri in the Technical Field.
Gold prizes were awarded to ADDC for our LV (Low voltage) Project, which won top honours in the Technical Project category, with our Bills Payment Methods project also taking gold in the Customer Services Project category. Dr. Majid Al Katheeri, ADDC’s Executive Assets Management Director, placed first in the Excellent Executive Director category, with Eng. Atif Al Braiki, Eng. Nahla Maroof and Salama Al Muhairi beating the competition to win the Excellent Administrative Supervisor, Customer Services Supervisor and Customer Services Non-supervisor categories, respectively.
INSIGHTS - Middle East Call Centre Awards
The ADDC Customer Contact Centre has been a regular winner at the annual Middle East Call Centre Awards held by INSIGHTS, a Dubai-based professional services organisation. Our centre has received awards in the following categories:
2014 - Best Medium Size Call Center.
2013 - Best Semi-Government Call Center; Best Small Call Center.
2012 - Best Semi-Government Small Call Center in Water and Electricity Sector.
2011 - Best Training Program; Best Quality Assurance Program; Best Government Call Centre.
2010 - Best 30-seat Call Centre; Best 30-seat Semi-government Call Center; Best Internally Developed IT program.
Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA) – Gold Category
ADDC took the main honours in the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Awards for 2010-2011, winning the Gold Category award for the Service Sector. This award represents one of the most significant business honours given to companies in Abu Dhabi, and we were very proud to receive such recognition for our efforts.
Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA) – Silver Category
ADDC was the proud recipient of the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award for 2007, in the Service Sector, Silver Category. The annual awards, given by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, aim to encourage corporate excellence and boost customer service in the region.
