Bill payments made easy

As well as keeping water and electricity flowing to your business, it’s also up to us to make the process of paying for our services as smooth as possible. This page explains all the different ways you can pay the bills for your business, and shows you how to get started.

Before you decide how to make a payment, you might want to view your latest bill or understand how your bill is worked out . To view your bills using our website you’ll need an online account, so if you haven’t yet done so, please activate your account here.

Pay your bill directly to us

  • Pay online

    If you want to make a one-off payment for one or more commercial properties, you can use our secure online payment service. It only takes a few minutes and is even quicker if you’ve already stored credit or debit card details.

  • Pay at a kiosk

    Customers can make payments using one of our ADDC kiosks. You’ll find these in some of our branches as well as certain shopping malls and petrol stations. Use our Branch Finder to locate your nearest kiosk, and remember to take the ADDC bill with you.

  • Pay by phone

    We can also take bill payments over the phone. Call us on 800 2332 and make sure you have your account number and credit card details to hand.

  • Send us a cheque

    We accept company cheques or money orders payable to Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, but remember to write your phone number on the back. Then attach it to the payment slip from the bottom of your bill, so we know which account to credit it to, and post it back to us. You’ll find our postal address at the top of your bill.

Pay your bill using a bank or exchange

You can pay your business’ bills at one of our partner banks – Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) and the National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) – in a variety of ways.

  • Pay at the counter

    To make your payment, visit any branch of ADCB or NBAD with your bill payment slip and a company cheque or cash for the amount of your bill.

  • Pay at an ATM machine

    If you have an account with ADCB or NBAD, you can pay by cash or company cheque using an ATM machine. You’ll also need to include the completed payment slip from your bill, so we know which account to credit.

  • Pay by telephone or Internet banking

    You can pay your bill by phone or using the Internet if your business has an account with ADCB or NBAD and have set up these services. Please contact them as you would for any kind of payment.

  • Pay through an exchange

    Visit one of our exchange partners to make your payment. Our network includes branches of UAE Exchange, Lulu International Exchange, Al Ansari Exchange, Lari Exchange and Al Fardan Exchange, which are spread across the UAE.

Pay via the Abu Dhabi Government

  • Abu Dhabi Government Website

    If your business has a registered account at the Government’s website you can use it to pay your ADDC bills with Visa or MasterCard. It’s quick, safe and secure.

Pay at a post office

  • Emirates Post Office

    You can pay your bill at any of the post offices across the UAE; they’re open 7 days a week during normal business hours. Remember to take your ADDC bill with you.


Credit card transaction charges

Please note: to cover the bank transaction fees that ADDC are charged, a service fee of AED1.00 plus 2.25% will apply to credit cards payments made by our business customers.

Problems paying your bills

When the ADDC account for your business was set up there might have been an agreement to use a particular payment method, please check the terms and conditions of your contract.
