This service is for de-registration or cancelling an existing service for Direct Debit for the customer. This functionality will allow customers to request for de-register or cancel the service and update the banks and ADDC records. The service is available for all customer classes (Residential, Agriculture, Industrial, Commercial, and Government).

Required Documents
  1. IBAN number (Under the name of the requestor/company name)
  2. Valid Emirates ID (in case of Residential customers)
  3. Valid Trade License copy/emirates ID (In case of Non-Residential customers)
Steps To Obtain The Service
  1. Visit ADDC Service Centre/Branch/Bank/Website
  2. Provide necessary details to be cancellation, and authorization
  3. Upon Approval from bank, service will be de-activated
