HSEQ is an Integral part of the Management process for all ADDC Operations. We recognize that HSEQ best practice is good business practice and we are working hard towards a goal of being one of the best in HSEQ worldwide.
We reinforced our commitment to HSEQ with comply with HSEQ international standards ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 (as Integrated Management System) and comply with Abu Dhabi EHSMS regulation (Decree No. 42 – 2009) and consolidation of HSEQ activities at ADDC and the establishment of a direct line of HSEQ reporting to ADWEA, RSB and EAD.
The HSEQ framework allows all HSEQ issues to be identified, managed and streamlined through all ADDC Operations in all Regions. Ensuring continuous improvement to comply with ADDC strategies and business plan and aligned with national and international HSEQ standards and regulations.
ADDC strategic HSEQ objectives are to:
- Maintain the safest work place for employees, contractors and Public.
- Ensure the protection of environment for all of Organization and contractor activities
- Ensure the highest occupational Health for the Organization and contractors.
- Customer satisfaction
We are working to achieve these objectives through a variety of means, including but not limited to Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and processes, training and the development of a comprehensive System Safety Rules (SSR)
Our long-term goal is to ensure that all ADDC employees and contractor’s employees working in behalf of ADDC having safe working place to work.
The company health, a safety, environment and quality rule are in place as one integrated system complying with the ISO (International Specifications Organization) requirements and have thenceforth been awarded several internationally recognized certificates.
