Abu Dhabi; July 4, 2012; The PR Department of Abu Dhabi Traffic Police Department, in association with SAAD Association for Prevention of Traffic Accidents, organized today, July 4, 2012, at reception hall of ADDC's main office, campaign to raise the public awareness on traffic accidents prevention.
The event was a part of the annual drive organized by the Ministry of Interior under the slogan "Accident-free Summer" to advice motorists and land commuters to take all the precaution measures before embark on travelling by cars to avoid traffic accidents. This includes tires and car's electric wires checking before embarking on a ling travels, besides taking first-aid kits, blanket to be used for containing fire and torch light. The public have also been advised not to drive while feel asleep or exhausted.
The campaign organizers also responded to ADDC's staff and client enquiries about distributed brochures that shed light on different traffic issues and regulations.
