The Customer Services Directorate organized a training course in the period from Marsh 13 to 15 for its staff to educate them on the new water and electricity bills that have been rolled out this month, Marsh 2012.
The attendees have been educate on the importance of providing customers with all information related to objectives of the new bills, the foremost of which is to encourage customer managing their consumption. The new bills also show the Government subsidy.
In addition, residential customers got two consumption bands indicating an “ideal-average” and above “ideal-average” range of consumption.
