ADDC to upgrade its e-services

The Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC), in association with KPMG, organized a workshop from February 18 and 19, 2012, for formulating ideas and inputs for upgrading ADDC's e-services.
Officials across business units of ADDC converged on making use of the local and international experiences in improving and upgrading the company's e-services facilities, particularly its website.
Addressing the inaugural session of the two-day workshop, Eng. Mohammed bin Jaresh, ADDC Managing Director, said; "ADDC foremost future priority is to continue improving its services and customer satisfaction". Adding, "The ADDC Board of Directors is very keen in improving the company's e-services and providing it with up-to-date technological devices with the ultimate goal of improving them and increasing interaction with its customers".
Representatives from across ADDC's business units and Regulations and Supervision Bureau (RSB) attended the two-day workshop.
ADDC has earlier organized meetings with its key accounts customers and stakeholders, including contractors and consultancy companies to get their inputs regarding its new website.
